He was adopted by Brall, a pretty smart humanoid-snake lady. Qper has ice powers, and can make weapons and stuff. He gets into bad situations often. If he fights alongside you, he rarely loses. He likes some sweets, games, and testing new stuff. He’s pretty stealthy too. He gets cocky a little, but is really nice.
