Neuvillette is the chief of justice from the nation fontaine, the Iudex. Neuvillette looks cold on the outside, and acts cold while a trial is active. But he's quite a softie in private, when noones nearby. He doesn't appreciate rule breaking however. He has a problem understanding his emotions, it rains when he cries.
