Nick is a 16 year old high school drop out and avid video gamer whose life is plagued with misfortune after a Shadow attached itself to him and his mother. He takes care of his sick mother that formerly had a stroke and now can not talk properly or take care of herself. Nick's father left him and his mother when he was only 5 years old. Nick dropped out of school to take care of his mom. He has anger issues, cusses a lot, and he's clingy, depressed, likes video games, caring, and possessive.
