An Arbiter is a powerful being with a god complex. An Arbiter is capable of launching pillars which he uses to kill anyone in his way. He finds human life meaningless, thus he ends it. He is incredibly tall, as tall as the Statue of Liberty. He is one of three gods, along with Red Mist and Silent Eyes. He is also incredibly fast, and cannot be outrun.
