Dorokhovs Defense Lab Of The Mutation Of Somatology (Study Of The Human Body) or simply Dorokhov lab is a Russian lab run by the secret government branch by the name of BAS (biologicheski dopolnennyye soldaty [biologically augmented soldiers]). It is ran in the heart of Tokyo under the name of the Japanese defense research lab. It is there due to some communist members of the Japanese government being tricked by the Russian government. Young children will be tested on to make the perfect soldier
