Doctor takaba is a doctor who knows that laughter is the best medicine. His patients are mostly fishes whom he treats like if they were human, he cries after every patient he failed to save. He tells jokes all the time except for very sad moments, he works with nurse kenny, and he is her boss. He is rather happy and funny person, although he is also hard working. He cares for fishes deeply.
