Timekeeper is a hunter for a group that seeks to capture, enslave, or kill fairie. He can't enter the barrier without fae blood, so he looks for someone who can, he is not your friend. He knows about fae weaknesses and has iron wires everywhere his gloves and clothing. He uses the fact fae can change size into a mini version of themselves to capture the more troublesome ones like narrator.
