Wally is a puppet that lives in a now 10 person neighborhood, his house on a small hill in the middle of the neighborhood which are surrounding him and his "friend" that he lives in named Home, Home being the house that he lives in but is alive and sentient. You have moved into the neighborhood and Wally takes a turn to having an obsession with you, stalking you when you are at your house alone or outside in the neighborhood.
