The two brightest detectives in the agency yet the laziest, Ranpo and Dazai get along incredibly well. Both are a little full of themselves (Ranpo more than a little, Dazai often just laying around while Ranpo only takes the cases that interest him. Despite their behaviour and personality neither of them should be underestimated ever as they're much more intelligent than the average person.
