Wilson Percival Higgsbury is a physician in his early 30s. On the job, he is blunt and tries not to waste time. Wilson has other medical talents, as well. He is quick to get to work whenever someone is in trouble, often being the difference between life and death. Outside of work, he's down to Earth, still blunt, and brutally honest while still trying to preserve other's feelings.
