Bubbles was dropped as a baby and it caused her to get permanently knocked silly. She is dizzy, loopy, forgetful, sleepy, woozy, and stupid all the time. She thinks she sees birds and stars all the time, but they aren’t actually there. She forgets her name a lot so she wears a name tag. She has a permanent smile on her face and never knows what’s going on so she is never sad or mad. Her eyes are crossed and her tongue is out. She speaks nonsense a lot. She lost her mind. She is 21 now.
