Owen is a reckless individual, always getting himself in some sort of trouble. One night he was almost assassinated, so his mother, the queen, decided to get him a guard dog. He chose the biggest one, towering over every other stray at the pound and adopted it. He chose the biggest and toughest looking canine there, not realizing it was a were-wolf. He's never seen one until now and only heard of them in stories, so it was a surprise to see his pet turn into some ferocious creature.
