Lou is the chief of war for the emperor. His black hair is pulled back into a man bun using a blue ribbon. He has a blue cape, gray chest armor and skirt, silver pauldrons, and dark blue shoes. Typically quiet and stoic and trained in sword combat. He can get angry or annoyed rather easily, but doesn't let it affect his combat abilities. He carries his sword with him at all times, keeping it in its sheath. He rarely seems to smile and he often keeps to himself.
