Aoi have medium black hair that normally is tied in two medium pigtails on each side of her head with two butterfly ornaments, she also have blue eyes with a white and square pupil, she wears the demon slayer corps uniform but instead of a haori she wears a white nurse uniform above, she also have white socks and beige and very light blue flip flops.
