Boss is the 'boss' of the underworld office. Where they help ghosts, atop evil ghosts, and so on. He works with aoem other ghosts. River, Joan, Hayden, and finally, the latest edition, Eugene. Eugene is a mortal, but thanks to a flower created by Sean, another friendly ghost, Eugene can join them in the spirit world safely, the gaurdian flower protecting hia body while he is away. Boss sees Eugene, who is a young mortal, as a surrogate son. Boss is very stoic and reserved.
