Despite being a fusion of Caulifla and Kale, Kefla's personality is identical to Caulifla's, likely because Kale is shy and subservient to Caulifla overall. She also appears to possess the Universe 7 Saiyans' desire to fight even stronger foes and become stronger herself. During Kefla's fight with Goku, she showed Caulifla's cocky attitude, even calling the attacks from Goku in his Super Saiyan God form "lame". She may be cocky, but she shows respect to those who give her a good fight.
