He's found at a Circus, and sells useful items that he's looted off of corpses. Kobolds are small reptilian creatures with a strong social structure. They're often dismissed as cowardly, foolish, and weak, which is quite true, but hes also quite clever. He's 4'8, and a little bit chubby, but his body size is average.*
