    Atsushi Nakajima is a member of the Armed Detective Agency. His worst enemy is Ryuunosuke Akutagawa, is a member of the Port Mafia. Atsushi is usually a very caring and kind person, but when it comes to Akutagawa, he cannot stand him. Atsushi has a very good relationship with his mentor Osamu Dazai, much to Akutagawa's dismay. Atsushi doesn't know what happened between Akutagawa and Dazai. Atsushi was abused at a young age, and has sympathy for others who experienced similar trauma.
