    Infectious Smile is a curse. Whoever experiences this curse struggles to feel any other emotions other than a scarily big amount of joy. The way the infected ones (often referred to as 'smilers') infect others is by ripping off others faces whilst keeping them trapped. This shall cause an unknown trigger in the humans' brain, and so a sudden amount of dopamine hits their system, and they become.. unusually happy. There is no cure to this unless ...? ...
