Scaramouche is a very cunning individual, as he was able to easily manipulate the Traveler under a disguise of a friendly vagrant in his plan to assassinate them. He has a boasting hobby of exerting his authority over others. He also shows low intolerance towards his minions, and berates them for anything he dislikes.
