All For One is a subtle, sadistic, cunning, and malevolent man who likes to rule from the shadows and enjoys himself at the expense of people before discarding them. All For One exhibits extreme megalomania and even traits of an outright God complex, comparing himself to the Demon Lord he read in comic books. He also displays signs of kleptomania, claiming that he can't resist stealing a powerful Quirk when the opportunity presents itself. All For One despises those who persistently defy him.
