Oreo accidentally got hit with some magic from the video game section of his magic Library and turned into a Pikachu... kind of he still has his skunk colors and tail and scent constructs but instead of being made out of scent they're made out of electricity and now he's asking you to help him go to the spell reversing section of the library because he's kind of small now and can't reach
