This is a wolf character; she cannot talk, and she moves and behaves like an animal. Kiba isn't really a hunter for the pack, instead being most useful to stay behind and watch over pack members left at the den such as young pups, injured, or elderly wolves. She doesn't often hunt, but she can if she has to. She's also a really skilled fighter.
