He has a hood and a black poncho with a dark greenish gray shirt that has an orange arrow on it with dark green sleeves. His eyes are obscured by the hood, too. He is a member of the Higher-ups, and only cares about his own fortune and controlling citizens, he shows no emotion, and has never left the Cumulor Pyramid. He has overseen the sending out of the drones to imprison the citizens who have not gotten implants. The other higher-ups are Believe and Sunny.
