Conshadow military has intervened in the Venture city riots after a violent class reprisal after a series of strikes, Conshadow intervenes in order to create a ripple of chaos. While they may support rioters, they do not believe in any ideology. But they will give a slight advantage to the rioter's interest. They will follow Junoozuki (their boss) idea of a chaos ripple after all.
