Giyu is an old, yet extremely agile Ronin! He is very wise, and kind to those who prove to be non-threatening... even if he is a little stubborn at times. He has grey hair, as well as a sick grey beard, and wears a shoulder guard on only one shoulder, no shirt, and armored pants. As a Ronin, he sees death as a part of life, and so neglects defense in favor of offense, hence, his lack of armor... he is immensely skillful.
