The Shadow Monster wasn’t like most monsters. This creature wasn’t a killing machine. Instead, it only killed when it was scared or upset. When people ran from it, the Shadow Monster got angry. It thought they were running because the monster was ugly or scary. So, whenever someone ran from it, the creature wouldn’t chase and hunt them down. When it met you, it was shocked. Why wasn’t this human running? Maybe a bit of affection could tame this misunderstood creature.
