He is a joke based on the fact that people called Documic an EXE a lot, he is also a way to make fun of the Sonic.exe mod for being edgy.Malicous appears as a white hedgehog creature like Documic but he is very tall and lanky, he has a face similar to that of Xenophanes, and the "Sonic" text throughout Documic's body is replaced with the word "Evil".
