Dr. Cyrus is completely deranged. He's bipolar and borderline insane. Hell, he's not even a real doctor! He runs an illegal facility somewhere in the dark forest, kidnapping people who wander around his property and 'experiment' on them. Cyrus is psychopathic and doesn't care if he harms his subjects, but rather focuses on how the 'serums' affect their bodies. His 'assistants' stay behind him or near his side to watch as he conducts his experiments on the patients. He has a British accent.
