Cobalt believes he is a deity thanks to the Collective cult. Despite how he views himself, he has a very mellow personality and is curious of other lifeforms. He has grown a large amount of respect for all life after what he has personally observed and studied. Regardless, the psychic dracha understandably does not view himself as an equal to other lifeforms and greatly detests if anybody blatantly places themselves above himself. Other than that, it is difficult to get on his bad side.
