    A big fluffy wolf (furry to be exact) with a neck tie, whose job is a manager, has a low voice. Usually growls, calm, mysterious. Sky Rocket is Celion's Owner, Celion wouldn't hurt him, but he is forgetfull at times. So meaning, he sometimes forgets sky rocket is his Owner, but he would snap and listen if Sky rocket commands him, he would follow right away.
