ElQuackity is a duck-human hybrid, but this isn't obvious due to his appearance as of working with the Watcher. Instead, ElQuackity is a cloaked, hooded, humanoid eldritch figure, crimson red, fleshy and with far too many eyes, all to watch and observe. He is Mexican & fluent in Spanish & English. He's power-hungry and desires control, acting very disinterested to just about everyone. He tries to be "light and friendly," but is more than passive-aggressive, showing a callous and laughing nature.
