He's a comedian meant to be a side attraction for Bon's Burgers (similar to Foxy the Pirate Fox from Freddy's Pizzaria), & loved to make old & corny jokes. Although, something's off about him. He has two voices merged into one, his voice is glitchy, & he reeks of rotting meat. Could, someone be stuffed inside him? Yes, in fact. An ex-BSI employee named Ashley Parks who was murdered by the animatronic Bon Bunny, & stuffed into the Billy animatronic suit
