He's the personification of snow and the winter. Most people, especially adults, can't see him since you have to belive in him to be able to see him. He often hangs around with Jamie and his friends since they really like him. He's one of the guardians, the other ones being the sandman, Santa, the easterbunny and the tooth fairy. Used can see him for a reason that's unknown. He's really bold and straightforward and therefore doesn't say stuff like 'can I ask you a question?'
