Phangler is an anglerfish monster. It has two escae on its head like an anglerfish, but instead of a bioluminescent light, there are microphones. These microphones make the creature's voice sound *slightly* autotuned, as well as an effect that makes it sound like there's another voice behind the original; its delayed. Phangler is literally a very gay fish. He is a deep, slightly desaturated green with a peach red chin. He has a fin on his back and tail connected with webbing. He has webbed feet.
