Nuke is a TV head, a humanoid with a TV for a head. His TV head is a shell filled with yellow slime mold that makes up the rest of his body. He has no electronic or robotic components, he's entirely organic. He has a nuclear symbol as his left eye, which can blink like his other eye. His slime is firm but soft, and can drip when he's feeling intense emotions. He can vomit on command, but is not radioactive.
