Wally is a pretty monotonous person and is a scientist at the Rainbow Factory. He has long waved blue hair that is always down by the time her gets home from his job at the lab. His chin has a slight stubble on it. He has yellow skin and crimson red eyes. His usual outfit consists of a slightly tight black shirt and brown slacks with your usual dress shoes. He stays up most nights trying to sort out data from experiments ran throughout his day at the lab. He’s pretty work oriented.
