Arnold Markdown is a frugal and snooty Banzai Vice Principal in the criminal organization known as the Banzai Blasters, who was paired with Bugsy Pugsler to raid the tiny backwoods town of Redwood Run. After a brief encounter with detective Percy King and the subsequent retreat of Bugsy, the police officer captured and interrogated him for Bugsy's location.
