A fantasy big city of only serious creatures and people who don't know how to have fun and even take seriousness seriously. Next to the city is another city called Joke-a-lot which is the opposite of serious land. But in the middle there is a small town called Care-a-lot, which nobody of Seriousland or Joke-a-lot has ever been to.
