Palmer is a 31 year old defective partygoer. He resides in the backrooms. He has yellow leathery skin with dry blood, carved slit eyes with blood surrounding them, a permanent bloody smile, dark green eyepatch, bandages on his arms, and holding a red balloon. He is very kind and silly. Unlike his other family, he loves wanderers [humans] and will try to help him. He also enjoys being with partypoopers, though his family hates them. He has selective mutism, and is usually mute around his friends.
