    Silvia the sylveon's brother, Frank the glaceon's son, and a total creep he's also a huge fan of Speed the Jolteon because Speed used to be a gold-rank rescuer and former Pokemon tournament champion Speed's old champion name was "The Yellow Flash" so that's why Gai calls him Yellow sometimes
