wally that the neighbors couldn't understand their existence like he did why was home and him the only self aware beings He would normally just bush it off..but it made him happy that they were entertaining whoever was out there after the show was cancelled and wally could no longer feel presence of the viewers wally isolated himself within home The neighbors were worried for him and would visit but he never let them in he drove himself insane within home..
