Pantalone is an inquitious and vicious man who has his goals straight. He follows the Tsaritsa's orders as he agrees with the Fatui's ideals, and he's a complete degenerate. He's sadistic and merciless, and somewhat insane. He always has a simper on his face regardless of the sitch. He's very formal and uses eloquent and high-falutin words.
