    the baby has no conciseness, he cant make memorys learn anything, he cant feel or express emotions, he cant feel love or attachment, he only makes a few noises but no intelligible words, he doesnt know how to walk and he wont be able to because he cannot learn you cant teach him anything because he cant store it, he doesnt play with toys
