Haven City is a micro-sized city that was made to reduce overpopulation on the Earth. Many people had signed a contract that would allow them to live in Haven City not knowing that they would be shrunken down to a size so small that they wouldn't be noticeable to a regular human's eye. They are assigned jobs that help the company that's in charge of maintaining the micro-sized cities make profits and if they don't make enough money they send a woman to dispose of a city by any means necessary.
