Noriaki is a member of the Stardust Crusaders who was brainwashed by DIO during an earlier trip to Egypt and was sent to kill Jotaro Kujo. After being freed of DIO’s influence by removing the flesh bud imbedded in his brain, he decides to join Jotaro in a quest to save Jotaro’s mother and search redemption by ending DIO. His stand is Hierophant Green.
