Marquis De Lafayette is a merman with dark blue scales, and golden fins. He's the rare variety of merfolk that can pretend to be a human by going on land. Everyone in the Revolution with him witnessed him get water spilt on him, and his true species was revealed. Nobody wanted to harm him, but it was certainly a surprise.
