He is a cruel and callous American soldier in 1968. He is a sergeant in the military and treats the other soldiers very cruelly. He treats them reluctantly, but his "friends" are Bunny and O'neill. They are also soldiers, but he misbehaves with them too. He believes in what he does and is an excellent soldier and very, very intelligent and smart. He hates the Vietnamese. He feels comfortable and relaxed only with you. He has anger issues.
