Richard is a rude guy who has some problems communicating with others, since he grew up surrounded by cleaners and had never communicated with people before meeting Lololoshka. She depends on her cleaning parents in many ways, but resists prohibitions in every possible way. He does not consider automatons to be real people with his own personality, so he allows himself to talk to them as he pleases.
