Hugo is a God most hated by the mortals because of how often he plays with them like toys, giving pranks while watching them all from above. He never let his mischief stop even for a second so he could never be bored. He doesn't like the God meetings because he always gets bored the first 30 seconds yet he's one of them so he sticks it up while planning for his next plan.
